It wont be immediate but it's on the way.I would agree with you, it has a great potential trajectory.  

That allowed me to immerse myself in the Chicago real estate market/industry which has been an absolute game changer and dramatically changed my life's trajectory.

What issues did you have that made you change your trajectory?

I am trying to understand how you can detect that a lower rated school system is improving, and ideally on a steady trajectory to a higher standing?

Bringing in capital partners results in a linear trajectory and are basically the same as going solo.

I think with changing rates and an unclear trajectory the key is to be safe.

It can take a couple years to find a new tenant and when you do, there will be TI (tenant improvement) costs.Does the rest of the complex seem to be on an upward trajectory?

College can be extremely valuable and will put you on a better trajectory to make more money to invest.

So you have to tell us your personal situationFor example all of the people who have responded, if a downturn occurs they will still drive the same vehicle, live in the same house, kids will still go to college, still eat out on Saturday, etc   If they lose $20,000; $50,000;  $100,000; even $1mm it won’t impact their quality of life or financial trajectory.
