Yes, I would contact the pest control company and demand they pay the cost of repairing this.

All the pest control companies I've called (Central MA) said they don't open sheetrock.

I come from the world of 100-500 unit properties where this was not the case and every property had it's own separate accounts that we controlled as the owners, but now having been owning and managing 1-80 unit properties for 4+ years, trust accounting is the best way to do it. 

In CA currently only MF properties are rent controlled.

I looked up launch control, batch leads, and a couple of others.

Pest Control: Owner handles big problems such as termites etc; tenants keep the place clean to avoid pests.9.

Not only will you save thousands of $$, you will have control over what is going on and avoid getting taken advantage of.

I got recertified in the military on my weapon every 6 months and without regular practice and in a controlled environment I still had difficulty with the target.It gives many (not all) people a false sense of security, like they're going to pull out their weapon and go Steven Segal on the situation, when the most appropriate response most of the time is to exit the situation (run/hide/etc).There are reasonable alternatives to carrying a firearm that are at least worth considering for your particular situation.
