I remember reading either J Scott's blogs or one of his books and for the longest time he focused on a tiny suburb of Atlanta and just bought up everything in that one small area.

What most consider in this area is the tiny little micro picture, their loan or their deal.

(Just giving you a general idea).You then have to deal with bad contractors, sub contractors, real estate agents, appraisers, home inspectors, homebuyers who sometimes want the PERFECT house and send you everything that a home inspector even remotely mentions whether it is tiny or not.

Inspection came back just about as expected... except the furnace is a TINY bit older than the impression given (as in 20 years older lol).

The interest rate spread it too tiny IMO - 5.875% on the one side, 6% on the other side.

Particle detects the actual solid particulate that makes smoke that you can see by shining a tiny light beam that gets deflected.

I'm relatively new to BP, so I don't have that many success stories just yet, but here's a teeny tiny one.

A few years a go I Paid over $1000 for an licensed electrican to install 4 tiny lights next to my driveway.

I don't know what all is included in that (electric, water, sewer, garbage), but that doesn't sound too bad unless they are tiny units.
