Lots of break-ins at vacant properties - scrap thieves looking for copper plumbing and wiring mostly.

When things go bad, they blame the property manager and lump all of us into the same pile of "do-nothing, over-charging thieves" instead of taking responsibility for their own choices.Choosing a property manager is a lot like choosing tenants.

Extreme Hoarder houses.. or like a MHP I just bought full of Crack addicts thieves and what not... its caveat emptor all the way is my motto.I have 3 extreme hoarder houses I bought this year all with enough margin in each one to equal what a wholesaler might make in an entire year or two..

The worst part of these QI scams is the Federal government created the opportunity for these thieves and then doesn’t regulate the industry!

As a bona fide keyboard cowboy, I really, really want to know and share how large that thieving SOB is living with the money he stole from decent people. 

I'm known in these areas and my properties are avoided by thieves and scumbags.  

In making a decision about whether to keep looking for a good tenant or sell the property, I researched whether I really made enough money to justify having to deal with liars, cheats, thieves, scumbags, druggies, filth, and squatters.Wait for it!

Keeps life "spicy".....  2 weeks ago I saw shoplifter stealing a ............... body lotion from Ulta Beauty store.LOL, this is the first time I saw thieves are stealing body lotion LOL
