I've watched several "Webinars" (pretty sure they're just hyped up YouTube videos and not what I would consider a webinar) right here from BP that are really just a push to become a "PRO" and gain access to all the tools.

I plan on speaking with my PM salesman to see if I can cancel it and then just lose access (not that I was getting anything from it) to the FB group and the videos in the courses.

It is something only you have access to unless your subscription is automatically canceled due to a payment issue.We also have never increased prices for our existing subscribers as long as their subscription is active.

The reason I mention Buildium is because their Growth plan can be more affordable than the second tier of Appfolio that you need to pay for to get access to the integrations.

I use all of them:-Brokers-Platforms like LoopNet, Crexi (my favorite), and BiggerPockets Deal Finder-additionally, brokers often have access to off-market opportunitiesWhen dealing with brokers, I've found that you have to build a relationship in order to get a good deal flow.
