I understand that I could implement a system wherein I make an effort to collect a water fee from each tenant on a monthly basis, but I am not interested in doing that, instead, I think there are companies that focus in on collecting for water consumption from each unit/tenant.

You can’t pay bills with “ equity” .Im pretty sure you could setup a lemonade stand on the corner and make more than 98$ And you’d only be out some lemons and sugar ..not over half a million dollars
