Or may be we should jail and fine mortgage loan officers who issued pre-approvals and then approved the deal/contract with buyer before underwriters went over every dot and T in all the documents submitted buy seller and retail buyer?

I pushed back on this and requested a re-appraisal - I submitted comps showing what other less desirable condos in my area have recently sold for - but the appraiser is sticking to his estimate (of course he's not going to admit he made a mistake).

I don’t have any affiliation with them, just thought I’d share as I think it is pretty much as cheap as you can find for paid softwares with good functionality.Payments take several days to process, but tenants can automate them which is nice.

Your property might be legitimately worth $1,500 and the tenant qualifies for $500 in assistance, but can only afford to pay another $500 for a total of $1,000, they won't approve $1,500.Unfortunately, you can usually only find both of these out when you have an application and lease signed from a prospective tenant and submit it to the local housing authority.
