If you're willing to provide some rough numbers in the post, there are plenty of professionals here on BP that would be happy to chime in and provide more color. 

His work is the type where they put excessive sub-woofers and flat screens all over show vehicles, turn a Suburban into a 2-seater with 9 feet of 47billion watts worth of subs, wrapped in flowing body-colored fiberglass with computer controlled LEDs, and make golf carts thump while they cruise car shows.

However the HOA keeps coming back with letters stating it needs to be fixed and with matching colors.

Love that paint color, I've heard others talk about it on BP before. 

I use smart thermostats and exterior cameras in my VRBO.The honeywell 9000 thermostat is WIFI and color touchscreen.

Handwritten on white paper, then scanned and printed onto yellow legal pad paper, writing in owner's name and property address, hand writing addresses (and return addresses) into pastel colored invitation envelopes.

In my opinion (and take it for what it is), a subdued hand-written letter works better.

I mean any ideas on color.

I know in my house, we almost always only have one running.To be fair, it's possible I'm being colored by my own very poor experiences with HVAC.
