I just looked at my deed/title and under the grantee information my grantee mailing address is an old UPS store box I had.

But most of the people I personally know running these syndications...I wouldnt trust them to run a corner store.

That would be like giving paystubs to the grocery store when buying a gallon of milk.... 

@Dennis McNeelyThis was my original thought to be able to store boats and rv’s.

The cost for material would be $15-20 on the low end and that would leave only $$25-30 to go to the store buy a door knob come back and install.

It's in a part of town that is being revamped from former industrial to nice stores, shops, restaurants, and businesses and I believe there is even some money offered to help revamp that part of town if you purchase something and help improve the area.  

Dining rooms are a complete waste of space and are typically used to store stacks of news papers and old computers that don't work.

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books for this or you can learn by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

I don't want to get a storage unit and move things there to show our house to sell, and can't store much in the garage as summertime in vegas (it's already in the 110s so inside a garage gotta be 120s).
