That is in addition to clauses that require anyone that stays more than 7 nights in 12-months to apply (then it becomes our choice if they are treated as a temporary occupant or tenant) and prohibition of subleasing.

Yes a stay in a potato is interesting but if there isn't much else to do around there, it will be a bit of a loser.Remote isn't always bad.

All that matters is whether the property will attract reliable tenants (A reliable tenant stays many years, pays the rent on schedule, and takes good care of the property).
