-Remove and clean all over‐spray, drops, runs and spills from windows, hardware, doors, floors and non-painted finished surfacesCarpet Cleaning / (Carpet Replacement - if necessary)- Pre-inspection of carpet - Pre-condition heavily soiled areas with natural citrus based cleaners.- Removes as many stains as possible and provides natural deodorization.- Soil extraction with low moisture steam- Application of fabric softener and color brighteners removes detergent residue according to manufacturers specifications, leaving fibers bright and soft with a silky feel.

Made it down the stairs in time to see that the pressure line had burst spraying paint everywhere.

Upstairs bath, kept ugly vanity and top but made it look alright with new faucets, mirrors, lightsHad tub sprayed to match new toilet (it was bright yellow!)

I had a crew go in and deep clean every piece of concrete in the basement with bleach and I sprayed every square inch of the wood (floor joists, window wells, etc...) that I could find with KILLZ before painting.

Like flies being hit with deadly spray.

-Write in your least that tenants must have unit sprayed and treated for ticks and fleas and provide receipt as evidence after they vacate.That is all I can think of at the moment.

We've done the spray foam in the roof and box sills (accessible), cellulose elsewhere.

Like @Trevor Ewen said, carry a good pepper spray. 

These cats are probably spraying smelly urine as we all speak.
