They have a speaker, time for questions and networking. 

We typically discuss market trends, off market properties, exchange recommendations on dependable handymen, rehab crews, etc.We've had a few guest speakers come through as well to touch on different related topics.

Meeting highlights will include: *Keynote speaker is Josh Langfelder, Sangamon County Recorder who will inform us of their processes, how to research potential properties, free fraud alerts and the Honors Program.

During the event, the speaker presented a stat that I found crazy at the time:  something like only 3% of the Nevada population at that time was actually born in Nevada.  

We've got some great speakers and topics lined up for spring, hopefully you can make one!

I am really excited to start my journey and am very inspired by all the speakers and content of the bigger pockets podcast.

I watched from the side lines in 08 09 went the market went from 15k to 6k.. had my own problems so could not participate  not this time around :)Lastly as a guest speaker at REIA events I wrote a presentation about 18 months ago called "The Pivot" where I explained in my business we had gone from leverage and max leverage to all cash..

The speakers are always selling something.
