Had a drain company come out to assess it and low and behold, I had a root obstruction and broken pipe in the underground about 25 ft from the foundation!

I am thinking about providing new tenants with a welcome basket of basic cleaning supplies and household items like: paper towels, toilet paper, toilet brush, plunger, dish soap, and all purpose cleaner.

It was my goal having been in this space longer than just about anyone in the industry ( started in 2001) to give the public feedback and to root out some of the really poor players and maybe we have done that they are not on the site and are underground for fear of being outed. ?

A good way to check if they are still in the property is by placing small aluminum 8x9 baking pans with water and dish soap on the floor, spread them through out the rooms.

The advertisements here have been pretty sporadic, I think because only three of the thirty-one routes will impact us.That said, I have seen no action from our HOA, but we are also in a transitional phase given the age of the neighborhood.It's probably about time to grass roots it... but I have no experience in this area, so going to have to lean on the experience of others.

I cannot tell what size buildings you are evaluating ... there are references to existing duplexes, but nothing else.Secondly CAP is one of the simplest, yet most misused ratios in real estate {I won't get on my soap box this time}.
