My parents have 40+ years in SFH rentals and have done quite well for themselves and have educated my sister and I quite a bit about the industry.

The other property management group I reached out to said it should rent for $750-850/month which is in line with what I was seeing in my research.In my case, the company I was buying the house from is a "sister company" to Pillario as they told me themselves.

The only issue we have had getting the claims paid is when we filed against the renter's old policy and not their renewal policy, however our sister company in Denver (who initially turned us on to Rhino) have stopped using it after a couple of issues collecting.We have tenants carry 2x the monthly rent in Rhino coverage in lieu of a traditional cash security deposit.

I know that I can write my travel, supplies, and food expenses off of my taxes while on that trip.

Beside budget ,do you have the time, energy, flexibility to travel to view properties, or manage a team in a different time zone.  

If you want to market traveling nurses, perhaps closer to town or inside Tucson is where you want to be with your STR.

I have a duplex near Centennial Park that I am currently rehabbing and plan to MTR to travel nurses (close to major hospitals).
