I would be driving 45 mins both ways to meet someone who is currently unemplyed, tryimg to break a lease, sex offenders, criminals, etc if i showed the property otherwise.

Age and sex being two of them.All that said, I have no idea what the process is like in Serbia or in your area.

There are sex offenders in every housing market big and small, lower class to upper class.

Not to mention the assaults, burglaries, drug possession/manufacture/dealing, and sex offenses.  

Well, not the sex offender kind. :-) I'm considering purchasing a home in a supposedly up and coming area in Baltimore (I say supposedly since I'm still learning the market) and when I run crime reports for the area, I come back with very little except for a high number of sex offenders in the immediate neighborhood.
