I enjoy learning about it everyday and have decided to join bigger pockets for the amount of knowledge you can retrieve from it.

But after that, there is a service in some states called "Courthouse Retrieval System" (CRS).  

Good points, but I don't know what the rule was and it had some good info that needed to be retrieved is any way possible, such as info from J.

Both allow you to build forms and store/retrieve data.Let me know if you want any help with setting this up, I do programming/DBA stuff on the side...oh wait, that's my real job...the RE is on the side :)

Mediocre deal at bestYou might as well put all that money into a dividend stock that yields 2.5% and call it a dayjust LOL @ spending large amounts of time and resources to retrieve a single digit return when you can accomplish the same thing with dozens of other kinds of investments with virtually zero time and effort

The 75 leads that I retrieved had a mix of very distressed properties, absentee owners, and a few owner occupied that I thought would not hurt.
