Depending on the lender, you can/should tell them upfront so they can document the LLC in the file so you are sure not to have a due upon sale clause triggered when/if you do transfer into your LLC. #2.

They say this can take 30 days, yet I see complaints on BBB and the App Store for Google and Apple where people have not gotten their money back yet even after several months.I have contacted my bank and they said you have 60 days to file a dispute from the date of your DEPOSIT not the time you request the transfer back into your bank.
