I believe with most carrier sin OK you're looking at minimal 1% deductible for wind/hail with some going up to 5% of the dwelling amount.I have people ask me all the time if they can just remove the wind/hail coverage and I have to remind them that covers more than just their roof.

Kind of reminds me of repossessing a car.. you dont pay they come and hook up to it and haul it off :)  same thing here you have no right to be there and you get booted out.

Here is my flow: Furnished Finder to generate leads and manage calendars-> BP state-specific leases + DocuSign for lease signings -> RentRedi for the rest (payments and reminders, maintenance requests, etc.)I have no problem with RentRedi.

I have a failed partnership in my past as well...feel like we all need 1 to remind us that partnerships are really hard. 10 years from now this won't matter unless something happens that causes you to be estranged from your brother.

buying just to buy "a deal," and then "cash flowing" $32 a month with 25 or 30 or 50% down does not make sense.my point - it's good you're here to remind everyone of how this is actually supposed to work.
