Whether you should take a retirement distribution or not depends on several factors1) How much do you value the freedom/flexibility to ues the money NOW compared to when you are 60 years old.2) What type of return can you get having cash vs investing in an IRA / SDIRA.If you can make a 1% - 2% better annual return in your personal name, it may make sense as the added return will pay for the penalties over a couple of years.I personally cashed out of my retirement account back in 2016 and it was the best decision I made.

They are there on time reliably, do a good job managing inventory/off site laundry, and generally do a good job cleaning overall.

Right now they are "high" (compared to 2020) and people "think" they are going lower.

A lot of properties in Cleveland are so cheap compared to Vegas that you'll think every deal is amazing.

But I do think that the overall quality is very low compared to the rest of the US.

I am currently in the process, and won't give specific input, as the project isn't far enough along to give reliable information, on my end.As others have mentioned, expect permitting in general to be a long process in Cape Coral.
