Calm down, take a deep breath, relax.

I bugged the PM group on when payments were going to hit my account for the first few months but then I learned to relax and let them do their job.My property, 8 months later, is as advertised.  

The meditation, visualization, and scribing part are an integral part of my day and really allow me to relax, collect my thoughts, and rejuvenate.

I still have my 9-5 mon - fri, but when I'm not actively working, I could work with you, unpaid, to see what you actually do and to learn in a relaxed atmosphere.I'm an extremely hard worker. 

Echoing they are both good areas to visit - Helen is more kitch and touristy, a lot of camping/hiking around, Blue Ridge is a more serene stay-at-your-airbnb and relax area.
