Their site is here: http://www.meetup.com/Real-Estate-Investors-of-Kil...I've been several times now as a Realtor in the area, and its been a relaxed bunch and good conversation about local real estate and investing.I have a fourplex myself in Killeen - when I was still active duty, I did the same thing, and bought five homes before leaving (two with the VA loan - you can actually use it twice).I wish I had just bought fourplexes - they are more work, but they pay! 

Hopefully we'll get some el Nino rain this winter to relax the California water concerns.

It may be that you don't have anyone with good credit applying, so you may have to relax your criteria to get it filled. 

Sunday, people relax and surfing the internet looking for random stuffs that they forgot to do Friday before getting ready to go back to work on Monday.  

If you can't relax about it, just call the lender and ask if they have any particular concerns about your loan getting approved.  

When I see him able to invest into other realms of business and still live a very relaxed and enjoyable life.

Miles of silky, white sand and turquoise water are perfect for swimming, beachcombing, days spent relaxing on the beach and romantic walks at sunset.

But the draw backs are not having the income from my current job and also lack of benifits.I just feel like the days pass by so fast but I can't get anything accomplished because by the time I get settled in at home its 7-8 pm and i relax for an hour go to bed and get up at 5am :protest: So its almost impossible to find the time to do anything more then read books, articles, check listings every now and then...etc
