@Randy MannYou will need to find a private lender or partner on these dealsAlso recognize that when you go to refinance it probably will not be in a year as the lender will want to typically go 75% max and chances of that type of appreciation in 12 months is very very low

I have already ran all utilities from my original rehab budget but need about 30k more to finish.Now im 22 and really took the gamble putting most of my money into the original deal so savings isn't really an option.

I did so because at the time to purchase the property was about half the cost of renting, and there were no STR regulations in Curry County or really beyond..I recognized early that the regulations that quickly developed to restrict my BNB business in Los Angeles were likely to reach other areas and by being ahead of the curve, could own a long term vacation rental, in a land I wanted to be anyway, before there were rules that would prevent that goal.
