They were agreeable...nothing lost on either side as long as both sides are aware and informed.

Remember when land buyers pick a target, they have TONS of work to do getting that property from dirt to payday, so they know their purchase choices, and they have a war chest usually stacked up ready to go.

I’m aware that thousands of notes with their corresponding Mortgages/DOT’s are packaged up and as a whole create an MBS (mortgage backed security).

Gradually raising rents, exploring lease buyouts, or selling with tenants in place are balanced alternatives.

The mortgage was also raised due to insurance issues to about $1,950… so I am not making much cash flow, more like a cash trickle.

How did you first start working with investors to allow you to raise ~$1-2M?

You claim to receive no remuneration for this from the syndicates you are pitching- but only time will tell if you're the only guy not getting paid to raise money for others.
