Now when you leave you have a great house you can either continue renting buy the bedroom or just rent as a whole to one family.While I TRULY wanted to get started at 19 when I entered college, I instead got a RA job (free housing/food) focused on my school and than dove right into real estate as soon I finished. 3 ish years later we have 5 houses, gong on 7 in a couple of months when things go well.
