Do you have an idea of the long-term rental amount, and would that be sufficient to meet the DSCR ratio needed to qualify for the loan?

Unfortunately, this can make it unaffordable for some residents living in these parks. 

My situation currently is I have 1 SFH rental that is owned by my LLC and doing well, and also I'm doing a live-in flip on my primary residence.

Sometimes you have to challenge the SOW and determine if everything really needs to be done in order to attract qualified tenants.

Kind of hard to see why you would not want to press this button and try to pay it down/off as soon as possible, if it's your primary home.It's very unlikely you'll regret purchasing a primary residence in Boston if the market rallies, and if the market downturns.
