The one in TN we used Prosper lending at 16% on a $15,000 loan for a 3 yr period which we just paid off after 13 months.

We only want the tenants who will help you to prosper as well as us. 

Prosper, Lending Club, etc. are good places to start.

It seemed like one of those lending club/prosper/sofi type companies, only much more specialized, with just this one type of loan available.

I am wanting to get into buy and hold real estate in order to generate passive income and create a prosperous future for myself. 

In order to succeed not only in marriage but in real estate investing you both have to be on the same page.Next the path to finding the property that best fits your goal to financial prosperity will be difficult.
