What you're proposing is known as third-party logistics.

They should be mutual indemnification clauses.Here is typical language we propose and 90% of the time it is agreed upon, as it is short, sweet to the point and protects both parties: (note I am not an attorney and recommend you always have an attorney review any items in an agreement)Owner hereby agrees to indemnify and defend and hold Manager harmless from, and to defend Manager against, any and all claims, charges, debts, demands and lawsuits initiated against Manager in his capacity as Manager.

Just something to keep in mind, this is still a proposed settlement, yet to be finalized and approved by the DOJ.

The renovation will convert a row single family home into 3 family home ( the layout is already there ):- the first flow will be 1 bed, 1 bath- the second floor will be 2b, 1bath- the basement.If those 3 rents, I can easily have $1800-$2000 in gross rent per month.So any creative financial idea I can propose to him?

I mentioned it only as one of the interests of the owner / children that I would have to address for a proposed sale.I could benefit from it (I believe) if I offered some type of lease option.

BTW These are my interpretations of the information that I have gathered.By this time we all have heard the big news in real estate with the proposed settlement with NAR.
