@McKinly SpringerThis did not bond as they didn’t prep the floor properly nor was this done properlyIt does not appear they even used a self leveling material like ardexTo me this appears all of it needs to be ripped out and redone properly

- How long the unit sits vacant for repairs/cleaning, and finding a tenant- City/town/state the unit is inPlease respond with your thoughts, hopefully with the bullet points above as points of reference and stated as such in your reply (I know, I am asking for a lot from you all :) ) But, for example, a Class D property in Milwaukee, WI probably requires less turnover time, lower quality materials, not as precise of a paint job, etc, than perhaps a Class A property in San Francisco, which would require higher quality materials, higher labor costs, longer vacancy since more precise craftsmanship would be required, etc.

More than half of banana imports, America’s most popular fruit by volume, comes in through the ports being struck as of Tuesday morning, according to the American Farm Bureau Federation.Other items I have read that are at risk are: cherries, cocoa, sugar, imported wine, beer and hard liquor.In the spirit of the strike impacting more than just materials and labor directly correlated to real estate, I intentionally posted this in "Off Topic" as I want to get a better understanding of what your concerns are with an ongoing strike.

The intent of FHA was to promote primary residence home ownership not investing portfolio building so they put this rule into place.100 Mile rule basically says that you cannot use rental income offset from a lease agreement on your current house to help you qualify for the next property when using FHA loan to qualify.How do you get around this?
