If you're looking to do a fix and flip or something like that, there's no reason why private lending couldn't work for you.

The EPA is hoping  owners will investigate and identify the pipes on their own, report it to their utility provider for tracking, and then the EPA can obtain funding for replacement.

This means your tenants' private-sector jobs will eventually end.

Due to Holidays, there arent many events or networking opportunites.
