IMO, that's not something to ignore if you are in FL.A lot of these threads on the legality of wholesaling continue to have a lot of people harping on what they want to be true and believe to be true without any investigation into codes and law that say otherwise.  

I investigated about 5 different systems and Innago was the first I came across that fit my need. 

Insurance was the first thing to investigate BEFORE making the offer.

Then, a preliminary site plan layout to understand what your infrastructure costs will be and laying out your homes per what the zoning allows. 

Engaging in the process led me to investigate real estate investment and subsequently to BP.

These specialized services can greatly streamline the investment and management process.I've done some preliminary research and found some promising options, including BlueVine, Axos Bank, Mercury, and Novo.

However, I recently picked up this book by Brandon Turner, Rental Property Investing, just to investigate and educate myself on some basic principles of investing into rental properties and house hacking.
