My properties are in forth worth and I'm in Plano area, so a pretty decent hike for me.

I believe, if you look at the inner/outskirts of Dallas (Plano, Arlington, Garland, Wylie, Mckinney, Allen, Denton) You will find assets that are trading at a low cost/per door, rather than the Core of Dallas, and the outter-outter skirts.

We just did this job in Plano, TX for another investor that ended upside down due to the expense and it was only 20 ft of tunneling.

In case people outside Texas considering Plano, TX for STR, please be aware that Plano City Council just voted for a interim ban on STR in Plano city limits.The purpose of the interim measure, according to Day’s presentation on May 8, is “to prohibit the establishment of new short-term rentals of dwelling units while the city conducts public outreach, collects data, and analyzes information to determine permanent recommendations, due to community concerns about health and safety.”

Hello, I am new and just starting in the Real Estate world, I live in Plano, Texas.

(People would rather be in Dallas, or Frisco, or Plano.

Two units are in Plano.

In person classes, probably no better place than Champions in Plano or Ft.

If anybody knows a good CPA in the DFW area or closer to Plano (would be best) please let me know.
