Not looking to start a taco fight but i personally feel that the craze for taco's Al pastor did not last long enough before birria tacos took over.

I love hearing success stories.Question: Did you have any problems obtaining commercial financing on the property since you didn't have landlord experience in the past? Or

For owners who have used a property manager in the past or have one currently, what are some things that you wished could have been smoother with your experience, and what can be improved upon?
