People seriously please stop spreading complete non-sense around, because the people new to this WILL believe your crap and you are ruining their lives!

I typically use regional banks to fund my deals but my 2 go-to banks have either slowed or fully stopped investment loans so recently I've connected with several online brokers but all came from ads or they reached out to me vs personal recommendations and intros so I have concerns.

I believe this market cycle is topping, and one should tread very carefully before investing more money into an 'unsure' property.That does NOT mean to stop investing; just make sure you aren't trying to catch a falling knife in an unsure environment. 

You're right; it also seems like a lot of people have stopped dreaming and just stick to living paycheck to paycheck.

What's stopping you from doing it yourself and just paying a property management company if you are taking all the capital risk?

Stop trying to hack your way to more money and just earn more money consistently and save it until you have reserves and a downpayment for the next one.
