Is the PM an individual that works for a larger organization or their own independent business (eg like a realtor who works with a group of people at an office)? 

Ideally I would like to build a new construction that’s smart and functional that I could then rent out not a palace.

Finding a qualified tenant/buyer is a function of marketing and terms.

Whether gained through paid mentorship or an organic relationship, success always leaves clues.
