I do like the built in leasing that apartments offers over the OG Cozy site, but I don't really want to pigeon hole myself into the apartments.com brand (or Zillow, or any other of the type) so I'm starting to use rent redi.

There are also some great incentives that some builders offer to move their properties.

Part of the motivation for congress writing Dodd Frank was to clamp down on the investors offering preditory terms re  rent to own and seller financing and that view has carried into craigslist rent to own adds and you say zillow. 

Step 2: Narrow down your "buy box" (are you market-indifferent, are you looking for a certain level of cash flow, etc.).Step 3: Connect with real estate agents and begin making offers!

I'm sure plenty of people fall for that crap, and it is really sad! 

Most propane suppliers will offer a discount if you purchase your own tanks outright, I save around $1.00 per gallon.

So unless you had a better deal that could offer better returns that this house then I would not sell.

Even if they offer a 721 on any property, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Fund and Grow appears to offer nothing more than one of those credit card stacking schemes that were popular here years ago.
