In a field that one would think is so competitive and secretive you've nurtured a network of abundance.

Negativity spreads like wildfire.... but the flames of positive impact need to be fed, fanned, and nurtured.  

You will likely need to work an additional 2-3 months to develop and hone the proper skill set and nurture campaigns for each program.

Then continue to provide value to people so you can nurture that relationship. 

Any investment you have has to be guarded and nurtured for a good return, I just think real estate has so many hidden benefits.  

Much of my experience has told me that high levels of customer service, extended renewals from tenants, increase in rental rates, cost reduction in minimizing the service calls.... come from the intimate experience of doing some of these things right as the landlord.No property manager has the vested interest in nurturing your customer relationships with your tenant and watching over your investment with a long-term perspective like you do.

It's nurture, not nature.And it seems to me that we can't expect parents to have the same dedication in this field of study that you do.  

A relationship that is based on a mutual understanding, respected and nurtured.
