Is there anyone here who either has experience in hotel to apartment conversions or is interested in getting into that field?

I've sent him numerous emails specifying what I want and I now have a bunch of unanswered texts asking about what's going on. 

I am an appraiser here in BC but I have found that the AMCs have made it virtually impossible to succeed financially in the field which means it cannot be a full time commitment, namely in BC where I currently live.
