I know a few grimmy wholesalers in my market and knowing they are not willing to get license makes the pillow softer at night.

No different than any of the other late night infomercials for generations selling how anyone can make millions doing little to nothing with little to nothing..... 

Could be for a restaurant, night club, music venue, etc. 

Also I find that when I search the MLS every night I find the new listings 2 days earlier than they come to me in my automatic searches.

They say they feel unsafe because they think someone else is living there and the other tenant leaves late night about 3am climbs over the fence and gets into a car and comes back before sun cimes up.

If people are already traveling there, they probably figured there was more than enough demand for room nights to add the rooms they are adding.

I think it is on a Wednesday night each month but I can't recall which. 

We paid only $225 per night for a 3 BR over Christmas 2016.  

It's not flashy, our growth is slow, but I sleep great at night. 

My lawyers have told me to walk the property that morning (or the night before) and call them to let them know if they should release the money.You can also drive by the area to get an idea of the storm damage.
