For the people reading this in the future, I would say go for a light rehab.

Typical cosmetic (lifestyle) upgrades we do are better/more LED lighting, dimmers, flooring, paint, trim, solid wood door slabs in place of the hollow core etc.

My goal for clients is to bring additional information to light to let you think thru your options! 

My best advice is to pick the issues that are of major concern like roof, foundation, radon etc. but perhaps skip the leaky faucet or burned out light bulbs.
