They only requested a couple changes and one of them we pushed back on and found a middle ground.- I communicated with a lot of different people throughout the process.

Actions that id say im tracking now would be, I am writing goals and reminders of where I wanna be and placing them in a area where every morning I see them and my mind will always have them and be leading me down the correct direction to more success.

I would recommend focusing on markets/sub markets that will provide a more consistent return so take your time and be careful in the areas you're investing in.Personally I prefer the middle/southern part of the country because the price points are much lower and the laws are landlord friendly.

I saw a headline this morning for a product that is capable of detecting marijuana smoke.

My guess is a slim ball agent pooped on his waffles one morning and I am truly sorry he has those feelings.

This would make decision making hard, on top of likely needing owners to sign mortgage guarantees, etc.Not enough involvement/too many owners, that you no longer satisfy SECs rules for involvement and it is really a security that needs registered or exempted.Some middle ground, like DSTs or these other fractional ownership, where the admin work is so intensive that fees need to be higher to make it worthwhile for the operator.Then again, I am drawn to real estate, so by nature drawn to traditional, proven structures.  

The good thing is the city told us and the other investors that they’re willing to work with us on this special case and right now we’re in the middle of conducting a survey to send to the city. 

Let's say you serve the Notice October 18, because it's the middle of a calendar month, the required lease payment period would be November, so you would have to wait until December 1st to start a court case for noncompliance.
