Do we want every phone call going to a designated person and they can contact our handyman etc - OR - do we want to continue taking these calls?

The person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional in replying to my emails and speaking to me on the phone.

Both were back when I had a proliferation of 0% balance for 18/24 & 0% transaction fee, and both checks generated a phone call from the credit companies (Bank of America and CitiBank) to ensure they were legitimate.
