Curious to hear how others do it, I am typically very meticulous with every dollar I spend and have been burned too many times recently, so I tend to prefer to pay only for work that has been done.

I personally have properties that I meticulous bought in the $20,000 price point that are cash cows for me.

He took meticulous care of my property : painting the home, putting in a fence, paying for any repairs needed .

I am extremely meticulous and a perfectionist.

From a sellers perspective the only thing that comes to mind is this: most owner occupants aren't educated real estate investors and thus don't meticulously analyze properties to see if it's worth making an offer.

In addition we have a have a couple of purchases/sales in '16.I actually keep meticulous records in quicken, and have done our taxes in the past.I think overall we would be fairly easy first time clients.

I dont think you need to ask your bank to refi, that term doesnt apply for deed transfers. nowadays the banks have to qualify you so meticulously  and them already living there doesnt matter at all.

I have 7 months worth of meticulous books and continue to keep them up-to-date.

As a property owner I want my property to be meticulously maintained, and I wouldn’t want to give tenants a disincentive to report a problem ASAP.
