Hello William,I think that if I look back at the houses I flipped, we would have made infinitely more money if we had held on to some of them and gone with the rental route.Today, DSCR roans are starting to come in under 6%, at my company our lowest DSCR Rates are 5.3%, and I expect them to continue to drop. 

This is a long held power, as many monopolies/oligopolies have been broken up over history.

Unfortunately this was held way too long due to a number of factors, including COVID, city planning and permit delays, delays in construction and materials, and additional delays by city.

We are renovating a home in the Catskills and stuck on what railing to install on our outdoor deck—cable or metal.  

As someone who's focused on building out a business for decades to come -- I'm thankful for there being a higher standard we should all be held to. 

We held an in-person meeting over 6 months into the project to express our concerns with the timeline and to request weekly check-in calls.

On the other hand, at the auction Wayne County held back in the Spring, about half the auction was the  listings for Sterling Township inside Pocono Springs.

And even pierce the LLC or Corporate veil to make the principals of this transaction be held liable.
