I'm still in the mental fog of organizing my RE schedule in and around a schedule that was already quite full, but I'm getting the hang of things and getting rolling. 

It's a mental success thing versus the dollar/cents approach that says pay off the highest interest rate first.

You really can't beat the versatility of them.  

But I’m also a little screwy in that if there’s immediate rehab I just roll those dollars (mentally) into the down payment.

I am mentally prepared to lose money as that is a risk of investment and it may all work out in the end but it has been a roller coaster of emotions!
