Anyhow, I removed my info back in February when I left it.

Seems like they usually start with a little info to get your attention and then tell you to just punch the numbers into the Pro Tool and voila, you're now ready to purchase a property and I'm just thinking, "Did I even learn anything?". 

We use Propstream but I am looking for some added info that Propstream does not easily provide  @Sean OToole is the owner and he has built an incredible platform..

If your personal info changes in the future, you just update it for the one Individual ID versus having to update it in each of your Reporting Companies. 

Also, get all personal info (DOB, SSN) from the seller in case needed when talking to lenders, lienholders, etc.

Creating a catalogue of info and answers for the general benefit of those in the future in addition to the poster.

@David Putz I wonder if someone is maintaining a list of where all the servicers are licensed...I can't imagine that would be easy to keep track of, but I don't know how often they would change.Having a resource that has all the typical fee info and service states for each servicer in one document would be amazing.

Was given the contact info for:American Money Loan Services and the person’s name, Tom Vanderlaan.

Create columns for Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip and then contact info: Last Contact, Relationship, Status, Email & Phone.IMPORTANT: do NOT ask people for THEIR business, ask for referrals!
