First off I'd suggest not putting how much money he has on a public forum, as it can be a magnet for unscrupulous people.

That sparked my interest and I decided to start doing that as well and I also bought car magnets to put on my car.I have listened to all the wholesaling related podcasts numerous times and have been studying wholesaling via BP members/blogs/forums and the internet and feel I have a lot of knowledge.

I have seen how liquor stores are a huge crime magnet in those types of areas.     

The city they are located in is a small town outside of Atlanta and the entire Atlanta area is a melting pot magnet for people and businesses.

For this reason, just make sure you have a lead magnet to get people to respond, and you should see good results. 

Can anyone give me feedback, good or bad, on this program? I am very familiar with short sales however just not using realtors as the program suggests.

Find contractors who have a commercial location, drive a vehicle with permanent signing on it....not just magnets.....real business card...not just vistaprint.

What you need to do is build a funnel to attract people using some sort of lead magnet that would then allow you to invite someone to book a conversation with you.

If your talking about a Neo Angle framed unit (normally installed in corner of bathroom, 2 smaller panels coming off the walls, and one door on an angle between the 2 panels), and it has the little magnets in the handle that hold the door to the metal, not much you can do for those because they all rust and crap out over time.
