I think most of us do, but the problem that I've discovered with 15% down programs over the past couple of years is the balance between the cost of the home and the rent it can garner.

Sounds like a cool opportunity and it also sounds like a lot of folks have some good ideas/approaches.

There are lots of people in the world and certainly companies that have enough money to cause a collapse of bitcoin.We do not know who the insiders are in bitcoin.

I have seen a lot of discussions on other PM software (Buildium, Propertyware, Property Manager, Appfolio, Yardi). 

Not a lot of our competitors offer this but it's something we can consider (but for us, it can't be in a rural area, the loan amount must exceed $150k, if we're using PadSplit income (or STR/MTR income) the max LTV is 75% and the down payment must come from your own funds). 

It's seen quite a bit of growth and development, the income is also high around that area.
