I also have an extensive sphere of influence with all of my longtime customers, acquaintances, etc, so I will be exploring the more traditional home buyer/seller through those connections and organic marketing as well.

Hi @Joe Tomko The point of utilizing Facebook is to market to your already existing sphere of influence and then expand from there. 

You can easily be more or less involved, and whichever you choose will significantly influence your ROI.
