Do I need to incorporate and go under business name and how is best way to get financing (do you have to pay 20% down on investment properties all the time) I live in Gastonia, NC and properties are not as high as some areas of country.

But now (just a yr later) we are the owners of a successful incorporated Real Estate company.

I'm interested in getting professional advice before I start investing and maybe even incorporating, but I have no clue on how to find a competent RE Lawyer.

And the kicker is that I'm not even using my degrees.I'm a SAHM, but I'm also a biz owner... first an incorporated biz related to the job I had before I had kids and now I'm a high-end custom baby/children's photographer.
