You could amend the original inclusive dates, write a note with the new inclusive dates covering the extension., and then initial all changes and sign at the end to create a new legal contract.if you prefer to keep it clean, simply ignore the original contract and type up a completely new contract with exclusive dates for the new term.

I am saving and was hoping to start my strategy small while saving have of my income per year (thats inclusive of 1 to almost 2 down-payments per year) to buy if there is a bottom or a correction in the market - Albany is an interesting choice and i thought the same for providence - another state capitalNot a huge issue @Ann Bellamy @Frank Chin and any others but i also do not have a vehicle, making some of the ancillary markets a little more challenging
